These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yogastraa mobile application (“App”) and its associated website at https://yogastraa.com (the “Website”). The App and Website are owned and operated by The Spiders, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office in Kolkata. By accessing or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

   1. Age Requirement: The App is intended for users aged 10 years and above. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
   2. Account Information: To access certain features (Coach, Dashboard, Bookmarks, Playlists, etc.), you must register via Google Sign In and provide:
   • Email address and name (from Google)
   • Year of birth and gender

   You agree to keep your account information accurate, complete, and up to date. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

   1. Subscription Plans: Premium content (ad free sessions, exclusive guided routines, premium articles/tips, extended video libraries) requires an active monthly or yearly subscription purchased via Google Play Billing.
   2. Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions auto renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All billing is handled by Google Play; please refer to your Google Play account for charges, cancellation, and refund procedures.

3. Use of the App & Prohibited Conduct

   1. Lawful Use: You agree to use the App solely for lawful, non commercial purposes related to yoga education and self practice.
   2. Prohibitions. You must not:
   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App’s code or functionality.
   • Impersonate others or share your account credentials.
   • Use the App to upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
   • Circumvent any security or access controls.
   3. Enforcement: Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice, and without refund.

4. Push Notifications

   1. By installing and using the App, you consent to receive push notifications on your device. Notifications may include:
   • Special offers and promotions
   • Session reminders and practice prompts
   • News updates and feature announcements
   2. You may opt out of receiving push notifications at any time via your device’s notification settings or the App’s in‑App notification preferences. Opting out will not affect your ability to use other App features.

5. Intellectual Property

   1. Ownership: All App and Website content—text, graphics, videos, sound, logos, icons, and software—is the property of The Spiders or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
   2. Limited License: We grant you a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Content Disclaimer & Health Warning

   1. General Information Only: The App’s content is educational and informational. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any yoga or fitness program, especially if you have pre existing medical conditions.
   2. Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with your use of the App. The Spiders and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or Website.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

   Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described there.

8. Third Party Services

   Integrations. The App integrates with:

   1. Google Sign-In (authentication)
   2. Google Play Billing (subscriptions)
   3. YouTube API (video streaming)
   4. Firebase Analytics (usage tracking)
   5. AdMob (ad delivery for non subscribers)

   These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.

9. Termination

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, or delete your account and data, if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the App, Website, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App or Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
