At Yogastraa, we want you to be happy with your premium subscription. All purchases are handled through Google Play, and Google Play’s refund mechanisms apply. We’re here to help—but please note that actual refund decisions and credits are issued by Google Play.

  1. Google Play Refund Process

    1. Primary Path: For any refund request, your first step should be to submit a refund request directly through the Google Play Store app or website. Google typically responds within 15 minutes to a few days and will issue any approved refund to your original payment method.

      • On Android, open the Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history → find the order → Report a problem → select “I’d like to request a refund” and follow prompts.

  2. When to Contact Yogastraa Support

    If for some reason Google Play’s process doesn’t work or you need assistance, email us within 48 hours of your purchase at contact@yogastraa.com, providing:

    • Your full name
    • Email address used for the subscription
    • Google Play Order ID (from your Play receipt)
    • Date of purchase
    • Subscription type (monthly or yearly)

    We’ll verify your purchase and, if it meets Google’s refund criteria, guide you through next steps. We cannot override Google’s decision, but we’ll advocate on your behalf.

  3. Eligibility & Exceptions

    1. Timeliness: Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase if you encounter issues with the Google Play refund flow.
    2. Non Eligibility: We’re unable to assist with refunds after 48 hours, or if your request doesn’t meet Google Play’s criteria (e.g., repeated refunds, account misuse).
  4. Subscription Cancellations

    • Cancel Anytime: To avoid future charges, cancel your auto renewing subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date via Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Yogastraa → Cancel subscription.
    • Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund; you must follow the refund steps above if you believe you qualify.
